Business Facilitation

The aim is to facilitate the identification of opportunities, match-making, relationship building and the exchange of best practice, services and products. The services include:

III.1.1

Market Intel

Information on market potential, trends, opportunities and challenges, specific needs, market segments and potential prospects.

Market Access

Assistance in being introduced to key stakeholders – potential clients and suppliers, decision-makers, influencers and partners. In selected markets it also involves assistance in establishing local presence in terms of staff, office, storage areas, and logistics.

Transactions

Facilitating and speeding up the process of buyers finding suppliers, and suppliers finding buyers, thereby expanding choice, market reach and overall capacity while reducing transaction costs.

Refine, not reinvent.

III.1.2

Acceleration

There is an urgent need to speed up the process of decarbonising heating and cooling. We need less conversation and more action. Fewer high-flying visions and more concrete results on and in the ground. As with the wheel, the existing solutions are well proven and they work. Refine, not reinvent. In brief: less figure skating, more ice hockey. We need to start scoring. At scale. Heatnet Global aims to support this in different ways.

Collaboration

Actively facilitating exchange of experiences, best practice – and worst, collecting and sharing reference cases, peer-to-peer advisory services, innovation initiatives and cross-border partnerships.

Replication

Providing opportunities and concrete cases that are relevant for replication, initiatives to facilitate cooperation between suppliers and project owners to drive standardisation and modularisation, and training courses on how to combine solutions for common application areas.

Innovation

Mobilising partners in the network for innovation initiatives, initiating and coordinating applications to national and international funding opportunities, leading innovation initiatives and cross-border collaboration.
